Without innovation, there is no progress in STEM.
Arts education builds the creative thinking, collaboration, discipline, and problem-solving skills that fuel discovery in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Yet arts programs are often the first to be reduced or eliminated when schools face budget pressure.
When arts education disappears, we lose more than music, theater, and visual arts. We lose an essential part of how students learn to think creatively and solve complex problems.

The Full STEAM Ahead Foundation was created after witnessing firsthand the impact that arts programs can have on students.
Through involvement with a high school band program, the foundation’s founder saw how music, performance, and creative expression build confidence, teamwork, discipline, and pride among students.
At the same time, many of these programs face shrinking budgets and uncertain futures.
The foundation was created to help ensure that students everywhere have the opportunity to experience the same transformative power of the arts.
